IMPORTANCE OF WEIGHT LIFTING
Weight lifting is a very important component of weight loss when exercising. Exercising with weights actually causes you to lose more weight. Actually heavier people burn more calories compared to people of lesser weight doing the same exercise.
Exercising with dumbbells helps you burn more when you exercise. If for example, you weigh 60 kilograms, exercising with two 5kg dumbbells helps you lose the same weight that someone who weighs 70kg would lose!!
When exercising, jogging or taking walks, try to incorporate weights with it, that way you can burn more calories than you would ordinarily!!
For Girls, don’t get scared that adding weights to your routines would make you develop muscles……..you don’t have enough testosterone to achieve that!
